To secure your reservation, we require a 35% non-refundable retainer fee. Personal checks are not accepted; however, deposits can be made using a debit or credit card.

Your account must be paid in full at least one (1) business day prior to your event, unless a special arrangement has been made in advance and confirmed in writing by Party and Jump Inflatables.

For organizations, companies, churches, or schools, please contact us directly to discuss available payment options.

Important Notes:

• Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by Party and Jump Inflatables.
• The 35% retainer fee is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, at the sole discretion of Party and Jump Inflatables, the retainer fee may be applied to a future rental within six (6) months of the original event date.
• There is a $35 returned check fee for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. This applies to all payments made by check.

The retainer fee is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, a "Rain Check" will be issued, allowing the fee to be applied to a future rental within six (6) months of the original event date. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If unused within six (6) months, the credit will expire, and the retainer fee will be forfeited. The Rain Check must be redeemed within six (6) months of the original event date. Extensions up to one (1) year may be granted upon email request before the six-month period expires, subject to approval and availability.

Cancellations due to inclement weather are defined as cancellations resulting from conditions such as winds exceeding 15 mph, heavy rainfall, or any weather deemed unsafe by Party and Jump Inflatables. This determination will be made at the sole discretion of Party and Jump Inflatables.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Party and Jump Inflatables to reschedule the event and redeem the Rain Check. Requests for rescheduling must be made via email and are subject to availability.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the original rental agreement, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same equipment for rescheduled events. If the originally reserved item is unavailable, we will offer comparable alternatives based on availability at that time.

Extensions beyond the six (6) months will not be granted, except under extraordinary circumstances and at the sole discretion of Party and Jump Inflatables.

To ensure a smooth and successful setup, please take the following steps before your rental delivery:

1. Adequate Space: Ensure that you have sufficient space for the rental. We recommend a minimum clearance of 20 x 20 feet. If you are unsure about the space or setup requirements, feel free to give us a call—we may have familiarity with your neighborhood and can help advise.
2. Lawn Maintenance: We suggest cutting your grass the day before your rental is scheduled. This helps keep the area tidy and prevents equipment from being affected by freshly cut grass.
3. Pet Waste Removal: If you have pets, please clean your yard of any waste before your scheduled delivery. This ensures a clean and safe environment for your event.

Important Note: Failure to provide a clean and suitable setup area may result in delays or additional cleaning fees. If you have questions about these requirements, please contact Party and Jump Inflatables in advance.

Party and Jump Inflatables is a fully insured company, and proof of insurance can be provided upon request. Our insurance covers incidents resulting from our gross negligence and/or equipment failure.

To ensure clarity and safety, all individuals and organizations renting equipment are required to sign a liability waiver. Once the equipment is delivered, set up, and signed for, the signing party assumes full responsibility for the operation and use of the equipment.

Important Notes:

• After the equipment is signed for, Party and Jump Inflatables is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring to the lessee, any users of the equipment, or any personal property.
• The lessee is fully responsible for supervising the equipment and ensuring proper use in accordance with all provided guidelines and safety instructions.

By signing the liability waiver, the lessee acknowledges and accepts these terms. For any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact Party and Jump Inflatables prior to your rental.

Moonbounces require a constant power supply to operate safely and effectively. They must be set up within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. For convenience, Party and Jump Inflatables provides one 50-foot extension cord per blower per moonbounce at no additional charge.

If a power source is not available—for example, at locations such as parks—Party and Jump Inflatables offers powered generators for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange for generator rental and ensure a smooth setup for your event.

Waterslides require access to a running water source for proper operation. Each waterslide includes a water hose attachment; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

1. A functional and accessible water source.
2. A hose of sufficient length to connect from their water outlet to the slide. Please measure in advance to ensure the hose can reach the desired setup location.
3. A hose that is compatible with standard garden hose attachments.

The water source must be in proper working condition and accessible at the time of setup. Party and Jump Inflatables is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or non-functional water sources. Additionally, Party and Jump Inflatables is not liable for any damage to the customer’s water source, hose, or related equipment during the use of the waterslide.
